Have a rest! And what to do next...

Some time later
Have a celebratory debrief meeting. Discuss what was good, what didn't work so well, and what would make it better next time. Make a note of these thoughts, so you can refer to them next year. Ask everyone to take down out-of-date posters and notices from wherever you put them - if they stay in place too long, people won't notice when you put up next year's!
