Sorry you all missed Seedy Sunday in Trumpington, Cambridge in January 2008! However, we plan to hold another event in 2009 so please put this date for next years event in your diary.

Seed Swap to help us all reclaim the art of seed saving and to prepare for planting next years crops.

Do you have any heritage seeds that you or your family have been nurturing and want to share with future generations? If not, do plan ahead this year to save some flower or vegetable seed from your allotment or garden and bring them along, or bring those packets of seed that need using up before they go out of date. We will have fine collection of heritage seeds again from the Heritage Seed library and seed saving information to help those who are not sure how to get started.

Tickets cost £1. Children free.

Trumpington is 15 mins cycle ride along Trumpington St cycle path from Cambridge market square or from Cambridge Railway station. Number 7 bus runs hourly from the station on a Sunday or for more regulars buses catch a bus to Addenbrookes Hospital and walk across the fields which takes 15-25 mins. By car access from M11 junction, sign posted Trumpington Park and Ride ot Trumpington High Rd.
